INTRODUCING TF’S FIRST ‘BEGINNERS CLUB’
Calling all beginners who hate the idea of a typical gym environment - this one is for you!
We have created a specific 4 week course that’s really beginner friendly, in hopes to help 12 women fall in love with fitness and movement. We are passionate and experienced at helping women start their fitness, strength and aesthetic journey from the ground up!
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - absolute beginners welcome.
LEARN CORE PRINCIPLES - a full break down or techniques and how to lift correctly.
EXPLORE DIFFERENT TRAINING SYSTEMS - learn the fitness slang. REPS/SETS/PBS/SUPERSET and also learn training systems that we use within classes and SGT.
FRIENDLY & EXPERIENCED - a friendly & welcoming coach and environment to support you on your journey.
SMALL & SUPPORTIVE - a maximum of 12 women who all want the same - to become healthier!
